British Dressage is the governing body for the olympic sport of dressage in the UK. As a charitable organisation they work to advance the sport striving for equailty and fairness for all competitors and for the highest welfare standards for horses.

You may never feel ready - but you will be greated with a smile and helped through your first steps to BD competitions at Kingswood. We regularly use BD Listed judges in our Trailblazers "introduction to dressage" competitions so you will hopefully not be a million miles away from the standard when you may the jump. We would suggest that you are consistently scoring over 68% at Trailblazers.

Kingswood is a customer focused centre. We believe in offering you the kind of welcome and customer service we would like to receive at shows. We hope this provides a calm and organised atmosphere in which to compete.

We try to always be clear in our communications with you.

Our support email system is fully logged and we also monitor our response times and how helpful we have been. After every support request is closed you will be asked for your opinon on how we dealt with your enquiry.

During every stage of your entry - if you use our online system - you will be sent an email so you can see how your entry is progressing through our system.

Your times will be sent, by SMS text, to your mobile phone number

We may ask you to complete a survey on how well we did at the show you were attending

The telephone is a little different!

As a registered charity we have an obligation to keep our running costs down. For this reason we DO NOT have someone sat constantly in the office waiting for the phone to ring! We do, however, have a very good answer machine system and normally will reply to you within 2 hours.
